Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery (Up to 3-5 working days) – £3.99
  • UK Next Working Day Delivery* (Order before 2pm) – £9.99

*Orders placed after 2pm, or on Fridays, weekends, or public/bank holidays, will be delivered on the next available working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please email us as soon as possible at info@regress.co.uk

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, just let us know and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once your order has been sent, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned under our Returns policy.


Returns 

You can return items within 28 days of delivery. To submit a return, please use this portal.

All returned items must be in their original condition, suitable for resale, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage. Once we’ve inspected the item and confirmed it meets these requirements, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for funds to appear.

A £3.99 fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover the cost of processing, inspecting, restocking, and the postage to return the item to us. This means you don’t need to pay anything extra or arrange shipping yourself, making returns simple and hassle-free.

As a small business, this also helps us manage the cost of returns without raising our prices, so we can continue offering great products at fair prices for everyone.

If an item shows signs of wear beyond trying on, has been damaged, or the tags have been removed, we won’t be able to offer a refund, as these items cannot be resold as new. To help ensure every customer receives their products in perfect condition, please handle items carefully when trying them on.

Please note: This policy does not apply to faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect items. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer one free item exchange per order and cover the shipping cost to send the replacement.

Exchanges must be completed within 28 days of delivery. This includes requesting the exchange, returning the original item, and receiving the replacement.

Only one free item exchange per order is allowed. Any further exchanges will be treated as returns and subject to the £3.99 return fee.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is sold out or stock delays prevent completing the exchange within 28 days, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative solution.

If you later return the exchanged item, the £3.99 return fee will still apply.
